This our basic year round maintenance package. It's 16 weeks of lawn cutting and trimming. PLUS our Basic Snow Clearing package. We take care of the grass and snow so you won't have to.

This is our most complete Year Round Package. We take care of everything, Unlimited weeks of Lawn Cutting, Spring Clean-Up, Overseed the lawn twice , 4 total fertilizer applications, Spring Aeration, unlimited Weed Control, Fall Clean-Up, Priority Snow Clearing with Sand/Salt service. You don't worry about a thing, we'll take it from here. Your Property will be the envy of the neighborhood.

This package starts from November 1st until April 1st. It snows, we show. It's that simple. We show up within 12 hours of snowfall stoppage and clear driveway, and walkways (front/back door) and garbage pick-up areas. 3cm trigger. Don't be snowed in this winter.

This package gives you a 8 hour response time. The start date is Nov 1st and the End date is April 1st. We clear the driveway, walkways and garbage area. This is a 2cm trigger.

Same as our Total package with a PLUS, we complete clearing within 1 hour of snowfall stoppage. During large snow storms we come every eight hours during the storm. Or we can guarantee a time to be cleared by.

This is OUR BEST snow clearing service available. Not only do we arrive quickly to remove any snowfall amount but, we arrive for windrows, wind drifts, and we inspect your driveway 3 days a week. We Safety salt the walkways and the driveway. With 2 free call out services PER MONTH and scrape down service. This is for the customer who cannot have a snowflake on their driveway.

This is an add-on service with the purchase of ANY Residential snow clearing package. After we are done clearing the snow we lightly sand/salt your driveway to prevent ice build up. Before large storms we sand/salt to help prevent the freezing ice build up before the snow clearing. This keeps your driveway ice/snow clear all winter long. For Commercial customers, each price will be quoted per site.

Call out services Outside of Snow Events for plowing and shoveling work starts at $125 and continues at $100 per hour afterwards

This involves 2 visits. Both visits include a Cut/Trim and Bagging of Debris. We bag all the leaves dispose of the debris into paper bags for city collection.

Includes 2 Visits, final visit includes a winter fertilizer application.

This is our basic lawn cutting service. We come weekly. It includes cutting, trimming and blowing of debris off walkways and driveways.

This is for our lawn lovers, weekly cuts for a total of 16 weeks. It also includes the Spring Clean-Up. A total of 4 fertilizer applications and unlimited weed control.

This is our premium service, with guaranteed results. It includes weekly cuts from season start to season end,  our Spring Clean-Up WITH your choice of Aeration and Unlimited Weed Control. It also includes a total of 4 fertilizer applications and a late spring overseeding AND our Fall Clean-Up Service. You'll be the envy of the neighborhood.

We will visit your property TWICE per week. Trim hedges, hand weed gardens, unlimited weed control, 4 total fertilizer applications, two cuts and trims per week. Water plants, trees and gardens. Plant flowers, shrubs or trees you have provided. Collect debris and garbage and haul to the dump for you. This is your own personal gardener package.

Green And Weed Free All Season Long

For the green lawn lover. This includes our Spring Clean-Up service, 4 Fertilizer applications total and our unlimited Weed Control Package.

Keep your lawn deep green and weed free all season long.

We use Fiesta weed control and/or Par3 to keep your lawn weed free all season long. As many applications as required. Note: Nothing on the market INSTANTLY makes weeds disappear and stay gone forever. Weed control only kills existing weeds. Overseeding and cutting the lawn at a taller length helps prevent weeds. 

We apply a total of 4 fertilizer applications to your lawn using granular fertilizer. It's pet and child friendly and approved by the Province of Manitoba. We apply this product every 6 weeks during the season.

Spring, 2 Summer applications and a late Fall/winter application.

We Power Rake, cleaning up most of the yellow thatch on your lawn. Cut and Bag the Clean debris.   Add Aeration at the same time for only $60.00 more.

We have SPIKE and CORE Aeration. Helps with drainage and compaction of the soil. Use this to improve the feeding of the roots or your lawn by increasing the amount of oxygen to your soil.

We use only top quality Kentucky Blue Grass seed and spread the seed all over your yard and twice as much in the needed areas. 

We add a yard of top soil 60/40 mix with peat moss to your entire yard. Helping the bald spots grow and feeding the entire lawn. Recommended in the Spring but can be applied all season long.

First we cut the lawn to 1.5 inches in length. Then we power rake the lawn to remove yellow grass and thatch build up. We then spike aerate the lawn, apply a layer of Kentucky Blue Grass Seeds. Use ONE YARD of top soil to cover the dead spots on the lawn with top soil,  And then overseed again. Guaranteed to thicken your lawn to a deep green. We power rake the entire lawn cleaning up the yellow grass and thatch left by the winter snow. We bag the debris is brown paper bags used for composting.

We cut your entire lawn to desired length,  trim around garden edges, trees and walkways/driveway. Bag up all the cuttings and blow off the walkways and driveway.

We spray your entire lawn one time to help control the weeds.

We spread top quality High Iron, granular fertilizer over your entire yard.

We clean up your lawn of leaves, bag them in paper bags for the city collection.

We plow off the snow from your driveway and clear your walkways of snow, while our crew is already scheduled for snow clearing.
