OCD and Compete Year Round Package Customers 

These customers will be visited weekly by our mowing teams. When your leaves begin to fall, our staff will start to bag your lawn and clean-up the leaves. Some properties begin this process earlier than others, depending on area and tree types. This process begins after the initial 16 week mowing and trimming season. Our initial list of customers decreases and our service increases. Instead of the regular quick time of mowing and trimming that happens in the summer, fall clean ups can take 30 to 60 minutes per customer. This may delay or increase your regular scheduled mowing time by a few hours to an entire new day. Generally at this time of year the lawns are growing slower and most properties haven't shown signs of growing at all in the 7 day period between regular mowing. Our staff will continue to drive-by weekly and monitor your lawn health, length and readiness for the leaves cleaning service.

The Service

Our staff will use leaf blowers and blow the leaves onto the lawn, out from garages, hedges, trees and bushes. We recommend that some leaves be left as insulation for perennial garden beds. They will then cut the lawn a 1/2inch shorter and bag the leaves and debris into Brown Paper composting bags that the city takes away. This service usually needs 2 visits to complete as the leaves tend to fall half at a time.
